A trip to the LowestoftThe most Easterly point in the UK. |

Our first stop will be the new Windturbine (the most easternly one), then just a short walk to the Sparrow Nest Gardens and a visit around the Maritine Museam. Lunch under Lowestoft Lighthouse then off to the docks to see where the fishermen bring in their catches. From here its a strole past fishermans square and along to the seafront between the piers and time for an icecream (maybe even build a sandcastle). Then we shall hop onto the train for a very short ride and take a river cruise on the Norfolk Broads and ending a wonderful day with a drink at the Wherry Hotel on the riverside. This tour will depart as early as possible as we have alot to fit into one day. |
